O Lord
Keep us from vain strife or words
Grant to us a constant
Profession of the truth!
Preserve us in the faith,
True faith and undefiled,
That ever we may hold fast
That which we professed when we were baptized
Unto, and in the name of,
Father,
The Son,
The Holy Ghost-
That we may have thee
For our Father,
That in thy Son
We may abide,
And in the fellowship of the Holy Ghost:
Through the same Jesus Christ,

You were taught, with regard to your former way of life, to put off your old self, which is being corrupted by its deceitful desires; to be made new in the attitude of your minds; and to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness.
Therefore each of you must put off falsehood and speak truthfully to your neighbor, for we are all members of one body.
