O Christ,
you are the true and eternal High Priest.
Help your servants with your power
and clothe them with glory and beauty,
that they may carefully and excellently
discharge their ministries as it pleases you.
Let them use the talents you have given them
as the Spirit gives ability.
When their work is done,
may they return their talents to you with interest,
and hear your voice full of hope,
“Enter into the joy that has no end.”
O Lord, may they go from strength to strength.
Lift them up while they worship you.
Increase your gifts in them.
Crown their heads with your goodness,
and store up your grace in their hearts,
Give them your abundant help,
and fill their labors with power.
